Improper Use definition

Improper Use of the Certification Mark means any use which infringes these Regulations. It also means imitation, counterfeiting and dilution of the Certification Mark.
Improper Use includes (but is not limited to), using the IT equipment otherwise than in accordance with the manufacturer’s and/or the University’s instructions, using the IT equipment for a purpose other than intended or allowing the equipment out of your control and custody and failing to protect it from loss or damage.
Improper Use means any use that is not a proper use (defined below).

  • Reporting of Improper Use or Disclosure and Notification of Breach.

  • In the event of a breach of this provision, Rogers may terminate the SIP Services for Improper Use.

  • No Liability for Improper Use or Behavior: Sorrent and its licensors advise against use of Sorrent services during activities, such as automobile driving, where distractions may produce a significant risk of accident.


More Definitions of Improper Use

Improper Use means the use of the Purchasing Card outside of the parameters provided by NMIMT’s Purchasing Card Policies and Procedures as well as all other NMIMT Policies and Procedures.
Improper Use means (i) the resale by the Customer or any End User of the VoIP Service, or any use which is (ii) causing, or is reasonably likely to cause, material damage to the relevant facilities, connections or network, or which is having, or is reasonably likely to have, a material adverse effect on NRBN’s or Provider’s performance under or in relation to the VoIP Service or this Agreement, (iii) or interference with other services provided by NRBN or Provider to third parties or (iv) in contravention of any Law. For the purposes of this Agreement, an “adverse effect” shall be deemed to be material where it results in NRBN or Provider performing at standards below those due to the Customer in relation to the VoIP Sercvice or this Agreement. “Law” means a provincial or federal law, governmental order, decision or regulation, or order of any court of competent jurisdiction, including without limitation, decisions and orders of the CRTC;
Improper Use includes (but is not limited to):
Improper Use means using the receiver other than as described in these instructions, or under operating conditions which differ from those described herein.

Improper Use means that the information given in section Intended use is not being observed. In the event of improper use, incorrect operation and if this electric cylinder is used, installed or operated by untrained personnel, this electric cylinder may pose risks for the personnel.
Improper Use means any use of the Services which is, in our reasonable opinion, illegal, infringes anyone’s rights (including intellectual property rights), is malicious, obscene, offensive or otherwise causes detriment to us, our customers and/or third parties.
