Inappropriate Content definition

Inappropriate Content content which (a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive; (b) facilitates illegal activity; (c) depicts sexually explicit images; (d) promotes unlawful violence; (e) is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, or any other illegal activity; or (f) causes damage or injury to any person or property.
Inappropriate Content means content which infringes any applicable laws, regulations or third party rights (including material which is obscene, indecent, libellous, tortuous, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism, menacing, blasphemous or in breach of any third party Intellectual Property Rights).
Inappropriate Content means pornographic or indecent content defined in Utah Code §76-10-1235; threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content; or content that a reasonable person would consider harmful to students/minors considering ages and circumstances.

Examples of Inappropriate Content in a sentence

  • We reserve the right, without liability to You and without prejudice to Our other rights, to (i) disable Your access to any material that breaches the provisions of this Section; (ii) remove and delete any content where, in Our sole and reasonable discretion, We suspect such content to be Inappropriate Content; and/or (iii) terminate the Agreement for material breach in accordance with Section 9.

  • Inappropriate Content includes but is not limited to pornography, offensive content, and other inappropriate material so determined by school administration.

  • We reserve the right, without liability to You or without prejudice to Our other rights, to (i) disable Your access to any such material that breach the provisions of this Section; (ii) remove any such content where, in Our sole and reasonable discretion, We suspect such content to be Inappropriate Content; and/or (iii) terminate the Agreement for material breach in accordance with Section 9.

More Definitions of Inappropriate Content

Inappropriate Content. – shall mean content that is fraudulent, harassing, embarrassing, sexually explicit, profane, obscene, intimidating, defamatory, or contains sexual comments, obscenities, nudity, pornography, abusive or degrading language, antisocial behavior, or inappropriate comments concerning race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, or disability, violates any District Policies or rules, has the potential to cause the District(s) public harm or disrepute, or is otherwise unlawful..
Inappropriate Content means any content which (a) is unsolicited, including without limitation, unauthorized “bulk” or “spam” messages;
Inappropriate Content means content of any messages sent using the Service that includes but is not limited to any content which: (a) is unlawful and prohibited under Malaysian law or is being disseminated for any unlawful purposes under the Malaysian law; (b) is unsolicited, including without limitation, junk mail, bulk e-mail, Spam (as hereinafter defined) or other unsolicited advertising material; (c) causes embarrassment, distress, annoyance, irritation, harassment, inconvenience, anxiety or nuisance to any person; (d) causes the introduction of viruses, worms, trojan horses, e-mail bomb, cancelbots, malware or other similar destructive computer programming routines into CelcomDigi’s System or the Customer’s Device or the message recipient’s mobile communication devices; (e) causes instability or technical damage to CelcomDigi’s System or interfere with, damage, disrupt or unlawfully gain access to any service, equipment, network or system owned or used by Celcom and Digi; (f) is fraudulent, indecent, obscene, offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, menacing, misleading, inaccurate or libelous; (g) infringes Intellectual Property Rights (as hereinafter defined), rights of privacy and/or personal data protection of any person or entity; (h) has negative impact on the quality of social life and order; (i) is against public interest, public order, national peace and security and/or national interest, social norms, culture, political and religious belief of the people of Malaysia or those which are socially, ethically or racially offensive; or (j) is deemed inappropriate as announced and issued by the regulators, authorities,
Inappropriate Content has the meaning set out in Clause 5.6.3;
Inappropriate Content means a content which is unlawful, harmful, obscene, vulgar, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, liable to incite racial hatred, menacing, blasphemoUs or invasive of another’s privacy.
Inappropriate Content means any content which (a) is unsolicited, including without limitation, unauthorized “bulk” or “spam” messages; (b) contains or introduces “viruses”, “worms”, “Trojan Horses”, “e-mail bombs”, “cancel bots” or other similar computer programming routines; (c) is in any way unlawful; (d) infringes the intellectual property or privacy or other rights of any person, including without limitation the Intellectual Property Rights of Entrust (or its licensors or service providers); or (e) executes, initiates or causes “phishing” or social engineering activities.
Inappropriate Content means any Content and/or Message that (i) violates Applicable Law, (ii) is unsolicited, including without limitation, bulk Messages, spam or other unsolicited commercial or other advertising material; (iii) causes the introduction of "viruses," "worms," "Trojan horses," "bombs," "cancel boots" or other similar destructive computer programming routines into the OPTIVON Network or the networks of any Network Operator or Peering Intermediary, or the physical devices of any Network Operator's Subscribers; (iv) violates the CTIA Inter-Carrier Messaging: Feature-Set & Interfaces, Version 3.1 and as subsequently modified by the CTIA, defining the use of SMS with Telephone Numbers, including guidelines for P2P (Person to Person) and Group Messaging, or violates any Network Operator requirements, conditions, or codes of practice; (v) constitutes "hate speech" directed at any Person based upon the race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or language of such Person, (vi) is obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or intentionally misleading or inaccurate for commercial gain; or (vii) infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property of any Person.
