Incremental and First Amendment means the Incremental Facility Amendment and Amendment No. 1, dated as of June 15, 2007, among Holdings, the Borrowers, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Related to Incremental and First Amendment

  • Incremental Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(e).

  • Incremental Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(f).

  • First Amendment means that certain First Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date, among the Borrower, the Lenders signatory thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Eighth Amendment means the Eighth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of the Eighth Amendment Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto, and Agent.

  • Sixth Amendment means the Waiver and Sixth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto, and Agent.
