Incremental Commitments definition
Incremental Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.
Incremental Commitments means Incremental Revolving Commitments and/or the Incremental Term Commitments.
Examples of Incremental Commitments in a sentence
The terms and provisions of Revolving Loans made pursuant to new Incremental Revolving Commitments shall be identical to the Revolving Loans; The Incremental Commitments shall be effected by a joinder agreement (the “Increase Joinder”) executed by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and each Lender making such Incremental Commitment, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each of them.
Each Incremental Commitment shall be in an aggregate amount of $25,000,000 or any whole multiple of $5,000,000 in excess thereof (provided that such amount may be less than $10,000,000 if such amount represents all remaining availability under the aggregate limit in respect of Incremental Commitments set forth in above).
