Examples of Incremental Date in a sentence

  • If any Loans shall be outstanding as of the relevant Incremental Date, the existing Lenders shall transfer Loans held by them to the Increasing Lenders and Assuming Lenders, as applicable, in such amounts as may be necessary so that after giving effect to such transfers, the Loans shall be held by the Lenders pro rata in accordance with the respective original amounts of their Commitments (as modified hereby).
