Incremental Payment definition

Incremental Payment shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement.
Incremental Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.8. Indebtedness shall mean, at any given time, the Principal Amount, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon and all other obligations and liabilities due or to become due to Lenders pursuant hereto, under the Note or in accordance with the other Loan Documents and all other amounts, sums and expenses paid by or payable to Lenders hereunder or pursuant to the Note or the other Loan Documents.

  • Rental Payments means the rental payments paid by the occupant of a unit, excluding any supplemental rental assistance to the occupant from the State, the federal government, or any other public agency, but including any mandatory fees or charges imposed on the occupant by the Owner as a condition of occupancy of the unit.
