Independent External Auditor definition

Independent External Auditor means AGA’s appointed independent external auditor, being PwC for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, and EY for financial years ended 31 December 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019;
Independent External Auditor means Assentsure PAC, One Partnership PAC or OneStop Assurance PAC or any other independent and reputable auditor firm which is appointed by the Company with the approval of the Board (acting reasonably).
Independent External Auditor means a third-party professional accounting firm retained to conduct annual financial audits of DPERS.

  • The Total Project Costs Expenditure Statement may include the information provided in each Statement of Expenditure (that has been duly certified by an Independent External Auditor in accordance with Clause 5.2(c)) delivered to the Board and such information shall not require a further certification by an Independent External Auditor nor an External Auditors’ Statement.
