Index Conversion Event definition

Index Conversion Event means each of the following events:
Index Conversion Event means any one of the following: the publication of the then-current Index has been either permanently or indefinitely suspended, or
Index Conversion Event is defined on Schedule 2 of this Note. An Index Conversion Event may occur multiple times during the term of the Loan.
