Index Disruption definition

Index Disruption means in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce such Index.
Index Disruption means, in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index fails to calculate and announce the Index Level.
Index Disruption means, in respect of any Index, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce the Index Level.

Examples of Index Disruption in a sentence

  • In the case of (i) above, if an Index Disruption Event in relation to the relevant Index Commodity continues for the further period of five successive Exchange Business Days referred to therein, on the expiry of such period the provisions of (ii) above shall apply.

  • Following the occurrence of any Index Disruption the Calculation Agent shall apply.

  • Following the occurrence of any Index Disruption, Calculation Agent Adjustment shall apply.

  • In the case of (i) above, if an Index Disruption Event in relation to the relevant Index Commodity or Exchange Instrument continues for the further period of five successive Exchange Business Days referred to therein, on the expiry of such period the provisions of (ii) above shall apply.
