Index Linked Debt Instrument definition

Index Linked Debt Instrument means a MTN or TCD which provides that either the amount to be repaid on maturity or the interest to be paid on an Interest Payment Date, is to be calculated by reference to an Index specified in the relevant Register.

  • Debt Instrument means any loan, bond, debenture, promissory note or other instrument evidencing indebtedness (demand or otherwise) for borrowed money or other liability;

  • Municipal debt instrument means any note, bond, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality, including dematerialised or electronic evidence of indebtedness intended to be used in trade;

  • Material Debt Instrument means any physical instrument evidencing any Indebtedness for borrowed money which is required to be pledged and delivered to the Administrative Agent (or its bailee) pursuant to the Security Agreement.

  • Index Linked with respect to an amount at any time, means that the amount is adjusted as at each April 1st commencing April 1, 2015 by:
