Index Maturity definition

Index Maturity means, with respect to any Accrual Period, a period of time equal to three, four or five months, as applicable, commencing on the first day of that Accrual Period.
Index Maturity means, with respect to a Floating Rate Note, the period to maturity of the instrument or obligation on which the interest rate formula is based, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Index Maturity means, (i) for One-Month LIBOR, one month, (ii) for Two-Month LIBOR, two months, and (ii) for Three-Month LIBOR, three months.

Examples of Index Maturity in a sentence

  • If two United States Treasury securities with an original maturity greater than the Index Maturity specified on the face hereof have remaining terms to maturity equally close to the particular Index Maturity, the quotes for the United States Treasury security with the shorter original remaining term to maturity will be used.

  • The London Interbank offered rate (“LIBOR”) means, with respect to any Interest Determination Date, the rate for deposits in U.S. dollars having the Index Maturity that appears on the Designated LIBOR Page as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on such Interest Determination Date.
