Index Page definition

Index Page means the LIBOR Index Page or the Alternate Index Page, as applicable.
Index Page means Telerate Page 3750 or such other pages as may replace such page on that service for the purpose of displaying LIBOR quotations of major banks.
Index Page or "Index Pages" means that certain page or pages on Netcenter that serves as a gateway from Netcenter to a specific Netcenter service, which gateway contains a listing, or "index" of all services that are related to a certain topical link, or "Channel." The Index Pages may consist only of the Service Index Page, or any index page that may link from Netcenter to the Channel or sub-Channel.

Examples of Index Page in a sentence

  • If any Reference Bank should be removed from the Bloomberg Screen US0001M Index Page or in any other way fails to meet the qualifications of a Reference Bank, the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion, designate an alternative Reference Bank.

  • If any of the initial Reference Banks should be removed from the Bloomberg Screen LIUS01M Index Page or in any other way fail to meet the qualifications of a Reference Bank, the Depositor shall use its best efforts to designate alternate Reference Banks.

  • If any of the initial Reference Banks should be removed from the Bloomberg Screen LIBOR Index Page or in any other way fail to meet the qualifications of a Reference Bank, the Depositor shall use its best efforts to designate alternate Reference Banks.

  • If, for any LIBOR Determination Date, two or more of the Reference Banks provide offered One-Month LIBOR quotations on the Bloomberg Screen US0001M Index Page, One-Month LIBOR for the next succeeding Interest Accrual Period for the Series 2013-VF1 Notes will be the arithmetic mean of such offered quotations (rounding such arithmetic mean if necessary to the nearest five decimal places).

  • Article 6 is applicable to work which is not covered by Please refer to the GENERAL NOTE preceding the Index Page of this Agreement.

  • If, for any LIBOR Determination Date, two or more of the Reference Banks provide offered One-Month LIBOR quotations on the Bloomberg Screen US0001M Index Page, One-Month LIBOR for the next succeeding Interest Accrual Period for the Series 2013-VF3 Variable Funding Notes will be the arithmetic mean of such offered quotations (rounding such arithmetic mean if necessary to the nearest five decimal places).

  • This shall include equipment and system technical documentation, including but not limited to Technical Manuals (TM), ECP, Planned Maintenance System (PMS) including Maintenance Requirement Card (MRC) and Maintenance Index Page (MIP), data for update to Allowance Parts List and Work Packages supplied as GFI/Government-Furnished Material (GFM).


More Definitions of Index Page

Index Page or "Index Pages" means that certain page or pages on Netcenter or the DCI Service that serves as a gateway from Netcenter to a specific Netcenter service or from a DCI Service to a specific DCI service, which gateway contains a listing, or "index" of all services that are related to a certain topical link, or "Channel." The Index Pages may consist only of the Service Index Page, or any index page that may link from Netcenter or the DC1 Service to the N/D Channel or N/D sub-Channel.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • Reuters Screen Page means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.
