Ineligible position definition

Ineligible position means any position which does not conform with the requirements set forth in subsection (22) of this section.

Ineligible position means a position of employment with the Company or an Affiliate that is not eligible to receive Performance Share Awards as determined by the Committee.

Ineligible position has the meaning provided in Appendix A.
