Information Technology Contract definition

Information Technology Contract means, notwithstanding any definition in New Jersey Statutes, a Contract for one or more of the following: Hardware, Software, Services, telecommunication goods and services, and all related goods.
Information Technology Contract means a contract for the acquisition, disposal, repair, maintenance, or modification of hardware, software, or services for computers or telecommunications.
Information Technology Contract means a Public Contract for the acquisition, disposal, repair, maintenance or modification of hardware, software, or services for data processing, office automation, or Telecommunications.
