Infrastructure Provider definition

Infrastructure Provider means a Person providing to another, for the purpose of providing Telecommunication Services to customers, all or part of the necessary System which uses the Rights-Of-Way.
Infrastructure Provider means an applicant whose proposal includes only the construction of new support towers or auxiliary structures to be subsequently utilized by other service providers.
