Initial Acceptance Test definition

Initial Acceptance Test means the test for Initial Acceptance of the Facilities.
Initial Acceptance Test has the meaning as set forth in Section 6(b).
Initial Acceptance Test shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.2.1.1.

  • Unless the failure of the Initial Acceptance Test is due to any negligent act, omission or breach of contract by the User the costs of Further Acceptance Tests will be borne by EGT.

  • Vendor shall conduct Initial Acceptance Test Review with Visual Networks prior to code-integration with Visual Network’s current release code-base.

  • The Final Acceptance Test shall duplicate the Initial Acceptance Test except for an additional requirement for Final Acceptance, which is a demonstration that the Project meets the contractual requirements for electricity and chemical use, and sludge generation throughout the Commissioning Period.

  • Acceptance Test is a test of the Features executed by the Customer to prepare the acceptance.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Acceptance Testing mean the tests, reviews and other activities that are performed by or on behalf of Agency to determine whether the Deliverables meet the Acceptance Criteria or otherwise satisfy the Agency, as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion.
