Initial Closing Time definition

Initial Closing Time means 8:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the Initial Closing Date, or such other time on the Initial Closing Date as agreed to between the Agent and the Corporation;
Initial Closing Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
Initial Closing Time means January 28, 2004.
