Initial Collateral Release Date definition

Initial Collateral Release Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the date on which the first Borrower Release occurs pursuant to the terms hereof and (ii) a Disposition of Collateral that is not a Permitted Disposition pursuant to the terms hereof.
Initial Collateral Release Date means the occurrence of a Disposition of Collateral that is not a Permitted Disposition pursuant to the terms hereof.

Related to Initial Collateral Release Date

  • Collateral Release Date has the meaning given that term in Section 8.10.(b).

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Initial Collateral Amount means $1,000,000,000, which equals the sum of (i) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, (ii) the Class B Note Initial Principal Balance, (iii) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance and (iv) the Initial Excess Collateral Amount.

  • Original Collateral Sale Date means 8 December 2020.

  • Additional Collateral Loan Each Mortgage Loan that is supported by Additional Collateral.
