Initial Continued Term. As defined in Section 1.4.1.

  • The initial continued term of this Master Lease ("Initial Continued Term") shall commence on December 1, 2003 and end on December 31, 2013, subject to renewal as set forth in Section 1.5 below.

Related to Initial Continued Term

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on January 31, 2017 (“Expiration Date”).”
