Examples of Initial Delivery Schedule in a sentence

  • With respect to the Initial Delivery Schedule, and subject to Seller's compliance with its obligations under this Agreement, Buyer will submit Orders to Seller setting forth the delivery dates and the quantities to be delivered on such delivery dates, in each case, in accordance with Section 6.4 and Section 6.5. Seller will supply and deliver the Base Vehicles in accordance with such Orders.
