Initial Encrypted List definition

Initial Encrypted List means the encrypted list (with only the names and addresses and contract numbers of the respective Obligors) made available to the Issuer by VWFS on a Business Day falling no later than 7 Business Days after the Closing Date.
Initial Encrypted List means the encrypted list (with only the names and addresses, the discounted contract value and contract numbers of the respective Obligors) made available to the Issuer by VWFS on a Business Day falling no later than 7 Business Days after 27 April 2020.
