Initial Exercisability Date definition

Initial Exercisability Date means the Issuance Date.
Initial Exercisability Date means the date of the Spin-off Distribution (as defined in Section 19(v)) effected in connection with the Spin-Off Transactions.

More Definitions of Initial Exercisability Date

Initial Exercisability Date means the date the authorized number of shares of Common Stock of the Company is increased to at least 400,000,000.
