Initial Inputs definition

Initial Inputs means the quantity calculated pursuant to Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage) Section 1.5.1;

Related to Initial Inputs

  • Initial Investment : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.

  • Initial Investors means (A) X.L. Insurance Company, Ltd.; (B) The Trident Partnership, L.P.; (C) ▇▇▇▇▇ & McLennan Risk Capital Holdings, Ltd.; or (D) any majority-owned subsidiary or parent (or equivalent in the case of a non-corporate entity) of the foregoing.

  • Initial Indication means the use of a Product for the treatment of opioid addiction.

  • Substantial Involvement means involvement on the part of the Government. DOE's involvement may include shared responsibility for the performance of the Project; providing technical assistance or guidance which the Applicant is to follow; and the right to intervene in the conduct or performance of the Project. Such involvement will be negotiated with each Applicant prior to signing any agreement.

  • Initial Invested Amount means, for the Series 2019-4 Notes and for a date, $805,922,000. However, the Initial Invested Amount will be reduced by the initial Note Balance of any Series 2019-4 Notes that are no longer Outstanding on the day before the start of the Early Amortization Period.
