Initial Inputs definition
Initial Inputs means the quantity calculated pursuant to Part E (Balancing and Shrinkage) Section 1.5.1;
Initial Investment : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.
Initial Investors means (A) X.L. Insurance Company, Ltd.; (B) The Trident Partnership, L.P.; (C) ▇▇▇▇▇ & McLennan Risk Capital Holdings, Ltd.; or (D) any majority-owned subsidiary or parent (or equivalent in the case of a non-corporate entity) of the foregoing.
Initial Indication means the use of a Product for the treatment of opioid addiction.
Substantial Involvement means involvement on the part of the Government. DOE's involvement may include shared responsibility for the performance of the Project; providing technical assistance or guidance which the Applicant is to follow; and the right to intervene in the conduct or performance of the Project. Such involvement will be negotiated with each Applicant prior to signing any agreement.
Initial Invested Amount means, for the Series 2019-4 Notes and for a date, $805,922,000. However, the Initial Invested Amount will be reduced by the initial Note Balance of any Series 2019-4 Notes that are no longer Outstanding on the day before the start of the Early Amortization Period.
