Initial Issuance Class E-3 Subordinated Notes definition

Initial Issuance Class E-3 Subordinated Notes means the €10,000,000 Class E-3 Subordinated Notes due 2086 issued on the Initial Closing Date.
Initial Issuance Class E-3 Subordinated Notes means the €7,500,000 Class E-3 Subordinated Notes due 2085 issued on the Initial Closing Date.

  • Convertible Subordinated Notes means any convertible subordinated notes or debentures issued by the Borrower after the date hereof, which are subordinated to the Obligations on terms no less favorable to the Lenders, in any material respect, than the 4.75% Convertible Subordinated Notes Due 2016 (as those terms were in effect and applied to the 4.75% Convertible Subordinated Notes Due 2016 prior to the repayment thereof in full on June 15, 2016).

  • Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Subordinated Note Amount has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Junior Subordinated Notes means the $__________ aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's Series __ ____% Junior Subordinated Notes due ____ __, ____, issued pursuant to the Subordinated Indenture.

  • Initial Note Balance means, for any Class, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance, the Initial Class B Note Balance, the Initial Class C Note Balance, the Initial Class D Note Balance or the Initial Class E Note Balance, as applicable, or with respect to the Notes generally, the sum of the foregoing.
