Initial Issuance Date definition

Initial Issuance Date means the date the first share of Series D is issued to any Holder hereof.
Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.
Initial Issuance Date with respect to a Class, means the date of the first issuance of the Shares of such Class.
