Initial Mailing Date definition

Initial Mailing Date is the date the Settlement Administrator first mails the Notice of Settlement approved by the Superior Court to all Proposed Class Members.

Examples of Initial Mailing Date in a sentence

  • An exclusion request shall be deemed timely if it is postmarked no later than sixty days after the Initial Mailing Date.
