Initial Mode definition

Initial Mode has the meaning set forth in the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.
Initial Mode means, the Variable Rate Mode designated by this Supplement for the period commencing on the Mode Commencement Date and ending on the Mode Termination Date.
Initial Mode means the Interest Mode applicable to the Initial Term Rate Bonds throughout the Initial Term Rate Period.

Examples of Initial Mode in a sentence

  • Such Business Day on which such conditions are satisfied is referred to in this Agreement and the Variable Rate Mode Supplement as the “Accelerated Transition Notice Date.” As provided in the Variable Rate Mode Supplement, subject to satisfaction of the foregoing conditions, the Fund shall use its reasonable best efforts to establish a new Mode to succeed the Initial Mode commencing not later than the first Business Day following the Accelerated Expiration Date.
