Initial Notional Amount definition

Initial Notional Amount. With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, the amount initially used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.
Initial Notional Amount. With respect to any Class A-V Certificates or Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c), the aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans corresponding to the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interests represented by such Class or Subclass on such date.
