Initial Program and Budget definition

Initial Program and Budget means the Program and Budget adopted by the Members and the Manager and attached as Exhibit F.
Initial Program and Budget means the 18-month program and budget with respect to project construction and development including initial gold recovery plant and mining operations to be conducted at the Properties by the Seller or the Seller Group Entities for the period between the first month from the First Tranche Closing Date and the 18-month anniversary thereof, which, among other things, sets out the use of all capital provided in all Tranches, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule “F”.
Initial Program and Budget means that certain San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Program and Budget, dated November 1, 2008, concerning the operation of the Project for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2009, and in effect until the subsequent Program and Budget becomes effective at the start of the Contract Year, as amended in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Initial Program and Budget

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means each annual work plan and budget (including related cash forecasts) for the implementation of the Project approved by the Association, referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means, collectively, all such plans and budgets.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
