Initial Project Plan definition

Initial Project Plan means the plan set forth on Exhibit A.
Initial Project Plan means the first Project Plan of the Collaboration, as set forth in Section 2.3.
Initial Project Plan means the plan attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 governing Construction Manager’s scope of authority in respect of its performance of the Project Services related to the Initial Sunrise Facilities, which includes: (i) a detailed description of the Initial Sunrise Facilities, including a map of the rights of way granted (or expected to be granted) in connection with the Project and the location of, and detailed specifications for, related compression and dehydration equipment; (ii) the Permits List, (iii) the Rights of Way List, (iv) a copy of the engineering drawings prepared by Construction Manager in connection with the Project; and (v) a listing of acceptable bidders for the DPC Activities.

Examples of Initial Project Plan in a sentence

  • Owner shall promptly execute each of the Project Contracts that Construction Manager brings to Owner for its execution; provided that each such Project Contract is consistent with the Initial Project Plan or applicable Additional Project Plan.

  • If OncoGenex elects during performance of the Initial Project Plan to discontinue its participation in the Collaboration, Isis may continue the development and commercialization of the Product independently of OncoGenex.

  • If an uncured material breach has occurred on or before the completion of the Initial Project Plan, and such material breach remains uncured under the terms of Section 9.1, the defaulting Party will be deemed to have elected to discontinue its participation in the Collaboration in accordance with the terms of Section 2.3.4, in the case of OncoGenex, or Section 2.3.5, in the case of Isis, and the terms of such section will apply to the Parties.

  • If an uncured material breach has occurred at any point after the Initial Project Plan has been completed, the defaulting Party will be deemed to have elected to discontinue its participation in the Collaboration, and the Party not in default may continue development or commercialization of the Product independently of the defaulting Party.

  • The Parties will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct their respective Collaboration Activities in accordance with this Agreement, and in accordance with the Initial Project Plan and any future Project Plans.

  • Any such changes to the Initial Project Plan will include a budget covering any additional activities.

  • The Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to qualify their respective Component Products and the MP DSLAM Cooperative Reference Design for commercial release, and develop an initial buffer inventory of Component Products, in accordance with the Initial Project Plan.

  • The Product will not be sublicensed to any Third Party prior to completion of the Initial Project Plan, without mutual agreement of the Parties in writing.

  • If Isis elects during performance of the Initial Project Plan to discontinue its participation in the Collaboration, OncoGenex may continue the development and commercialization of the Product independently of Isis.


More Definitions of Initial Project Plan

Initial Project Plan means the plan set out at Appendix 1 of Annex 5 (Milestones, Deliverables and Grant Claim Schedule) to the Grant Agreement;
Initial Project Plan means, with respect to the following Project Plans:
Initial Project Plan means the document set out at APPENDIX 1 TO ANNEX 5 (Initial Project Plan);
Initial Project Plan means a project timeline and plan included with the RFP response.
Initial Project Plan means the project plan annexed to this Agreement as Attachment 1.
Initial Project Plan means a high-level plan and timetable for delivery of the Services under any SOW, as set out in that SOW.

Related to Initial Project Plan

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
