Initial Project Schedule definition

Initial Project Schedule means the “Level 2” (as defined by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International) ▇▇▇▇▇ Chart that sets forth the schedule of dates and milestones (including Key Milestones) for timely completion of the Work as set forth in Exhibit C-1 with specific start and end dates for each activity comprising (or relating to) the Work.
Initial Project Schedule means the initial project schedule for the Cogen Project attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Initial Project Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Examples of Initial Project Schedule in a sentence

  • The Initial Project Schedule shall be replaced by a definitive and mutually agreed upon Project Schedule to be delivered hereunder in accordance with the Statement of Work task (the “Project Schedule”).

  • This draft Project Schedule will adhere to the Initial Project Schedule included in Appendix 16 and reflect the entire Design/Build Work.

More Definitions of Initial Project Schedule

Initial Project Schedule means the Project Schedule identified on Exhibit 5, which is hereby approved by Harbor and Owner. If a Force Majeure Event occurs or an Owner Change Order results in a delay, then the completion date for the Project, as provided for in the Project Schedule, shall be extended, as applicable, by a commercially reasonable amount of time based on the Owner Change Order or one day for each day commencing with the start of the cause or circumstance giving rise to the Force Majeure Event and ending as soon as possible after that cause or circumstance has ceased to have effect.

Related to Initial Project Schedule

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Completion Schedule or ‘Delivery Schedule’ means a schedule approved by the Owner for completion of all obligations of the Supplier under the Agreement.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
