Initial Rebate Computation Date definition

Initial Rebate Computation Date means the first Computation Date, which shall be within sixty (60) days after the fifth (5th) anniversary of the date of issuance of the Bonds. The termRebate Computation Date” shall mean any subsequent Computation Date. The term “Computation Date” shall have the meaning assigned to such term as set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.148-1 et seq.
Initial Rebate Computation Date means the first date on which the Rebatable Arbitrage is computed for the Series 2003 A Bond under Treasury Regulation Section 1.148-3.
