Initial Series definition
Initial Series has the meaning set forth in Section 1.08(a).
Initial Series means the initial Series of VMTP Shares issued pursuant to this Statement as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto.

As of the date of such execution, the Class B Ordinary Shares shall constitute all of the membership interests of the Company and of such Initial Series and, prior to the issuance of Class A Ordinary Shares, and Class C Ordinary Share of the Initial Series, shall have all of the rights and privileges of 100% of the membership interests in the Initial Series, and therefore the Company, afforded pursuant to this Agreement and applicable law.
The relative rights and preferences of the Initial Series and Classes shall be as set forth herein.
More Definitions of Initial Series
Initial Series means the Series issued in connection with the initial offering of the relevant Class of Shares;
Initial Series means the 11 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2008 issued under this Indenture on or about the date hereof.
Initial Series means the series of Securities, initially authenticated and delivered in the aggregate principal amount of $350,000,000, established in the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of May 1, 2001 between the Company and the Trustee, the form and terms of which are established in the Officer's Certificate, dated May 24, 2001, pursuant to the First Supplemental Indenture.
Initial Series. Notes shall mean the non-recourse promissory notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture, to be issued by the Owner Trustee and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee on the Closing Date to finance a portion of the Purchase Price. Investment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) of the Participation Agreement and shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with Sections 3(b) and 3(c) of the Participation Agreement and Section 8(f) of the Facility Lease. IRS shall mean the Internal Revenue Service of the United States Department of the Treasury or any successor agency. Issuing Bank shall mean, with respect to the Initial Letter of Credit, The Fuji Bank, Limited, acting through its New York branch, and with respect to each other Letter of Credit, the issuing bank thereof.
