Initial Shelf Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(f).

  • After the Initial Shelf Expiration Date and for so long as any Registrable Securities remain outstanding, the Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to (A) be eligible and/or to maintain its eligibility to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3, and (B) meet the requirements of General Instruction VII of Form S-1.

Related to Initial Shelf Expiration Date

  • Initial Expiration Date is defined in Section 1.1(c) of the Agreement.
