Initial Synchronization definition

Initial Synchronization means the initial delivery of Facility Energy to the Delivery

  • Unless otherwise mutually agreed to by Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer shall select the In-Service Date, Initial Synchronization Date, and Commercial Operation Date; and either the Standard Option or Alternate Option set forth below, and such dates and selected option shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.

  • Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date.

  • Initial Synchronization Date shall mean the date upon which the Transmission Project and Network Upgrade Facilities are initially synchronized with the New York State Transmission System and upon which Trial Operation begins.

  • Unless otherwise mutually agreed to by Transmission Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, Transmission Developer shall select the In-Service Date and Initial Synchronization Date for the Transmission Project, and such dates shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.


More Definitions of Initial Synchronization

Initial Synchronization means the commencement of Trial Operations (as defined in the CAISO Tariff).
