Initial Test Date definition

Initial Test Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.
Initial Test Date shall have the meaning provided in the definition of Applicable Margin contained herein.

More Definitions of Initial Test Date

Initial Test Date means the last day of the second full Fiscal Quarter ending after the Opening Date.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, (x) as to any LIBOR Loan made on a day that is not the last Business Day of a calendar month, Borrower may select an Interest Period that shall commence on the date on which such Loan is
