Initial Training Program definition

Initial Training Program means that training which Franchisor provides to Franchisee or Franchisee’s personnel for the purpose of assisting Franchisee in starting its TapSnap Franchise.

Initial Training Program means Franchisor’s training program that Franchisor shall provide for up to four individuals including the Principal Owner, General Manager, Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager and / or other supervisorial or managerial personnel we designate before Franchisee begins servicing customers and that Franchisor may provide at other times during the Term, upon Franchisee’s request, and by mutual arrangement of the Parties for the fees described in this Agreement. Franchisor may modify the Initial Training Program at any time without notice.

  • Within thirty working days of ratification of this Agreement, the Initial Training Program for 9139 new hires, shall be referred to the Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC) as outlined in Section II.G on this Agreement.

  • A Flight Attendant's seniority date with the Company shall commence on the date on which the Flight Attendant candidate in a new hire class begins the new hire Initial Training Program.

  • SENIORITY DATE - The date on which a Flight Attendant commences the new hire Initial Training Program.

More Definitions of Initial Training Program

Initial Training Program means the training program provided by Franchisor to Franchisee, or a Transferee or their Owners before turning over the operation of the Vending Machines to Franchisee or the Transferee.
Initial Training Program means Mathnasium’s initial training program as detailed in Section 4.1 of this Agreement.

Initial Training Program refers collectively to the multiple training modules presently consisting of (i) Owner Orientation; (ii) Management Training; and (iii) New Store Opening, and the different tracks of the Management Training module, that Company provides before and in connection with the opening of the Franchised Business, subject to Company's right to modify the Initial Training Program curriculum at any time in its sole discretion.
