Initial Valuation Date definition

Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Reference Asset then the Initial Valuation Date for that Reference Asset will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.
Initial Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, 26 April 2019 or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index the next following Scheduled Trading Day for such Index thereafter.
Initial Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, 31 May 2024 or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index the next following Scheduled Trading Day for such Index.

Examples of Initial Valuation Date in a sentence

  • The fifth (5th) Relevant Day immediately preceding the Initial Valuation Date; provided that, with respect to any Accelerated Unwind, the Settlement Method Election Date shall be the date of delivery of the Settlement Notice and Counterparty may only elect the Settlement Method pursuant to “Accelerated Unwind” above.

  • If the Change of Control occurs after the Initial Valuation Date, any LTIP Units vested pursuant to Section 4(a) or Section 4(b) shall be subject to the continued service requirements of Section 4(c), subject to Section 5(e)(ii).


More Definitions of Initial Valuation Date

Initial Valuation Date means, in respect of an Indexand subject to the Adjustment Provisions, 16 December 2022 or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index the next following Scheduled Trading Day for such Index.
