Each Warrant may be exercised by the Registered Holder thereof at any time on or after the Initial Warrant Exercise Date, but not after the Warrant Expiration Date, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein and in the applicable Warrant Certificate.
The Registered Holder may send a Notice of Exchange to the Company prior to the Initial Warrant Exercise Date.
