Inspecting Engineer definition

Inspecting Engineer if any - means the State Entity's construction inspector, or its designated consulting engineer.
Inspecting Engineer means such person or firm as the Agent may from time to time appoint or designate for purposes related to the inspection of the progress of the development of any of the Land and the construction of any of the Improvements, conformity of construction with the applicable Plans and Specifications, and for such other purposes as the Agent may from time to time deem appropriate or as may be required by the terms of this Agreement.
Inspecting Engineer means BBI, Inc., and its successors and permitted assigns.

  • The State Entity and the Inspecting Engineer, if any, may conduct such inspections of the Construction Items as either may deem necessary for the protection of the State Entity's interest, and that any inspections which may be made of the Project by the State Entity or the Inspecting Engineer, if any, are made and all certificates issued by the Inspecting Engineer, if any, will be issued solely for the benefit and protection of the State Entity, and the Public Entity will not rely thereon.
