Instructional position definition

Instructional position means any full-time or part-time position held by a K-12 staff member whose function includes the provision of direct instructional services to students or provides direct support in the learning process of students as prescribed in section 1012.01(2)(a)-(d), F.S., but not including substitute teachers.
