Intangible Transition Charges Adjustment definition

Intangible Transition Charges Adjustment means each adjustment to Intangible Transition Charges related to the Serviced Intangible Transition Property made in accordance with Section 4.01 and the Issuer Annexes or in connection with the redemption by any Issuer of Transition Bonds.
