Examples of Intended Use in a sentence
If, prior to Closing, any of the Property or any access to the Property is taken under power of eminent domain and such taking in Donee’s commercially reasonable judgment has a material adverse impact on the Intended Use of the Property, Donee may elect to terminate this Agreement by giving written notice of its election to Donor within 14 days after receiving notice of such taking.
Landlord will not use, nor will Landlord permit its tenants, licensees, invitees or agents to use any portion of the Parent Parcel in any way which interferes with the Intended Use, including, but not limited to, any use on the Parent Parcel or surrounding property that causes electronic or physical obstruction or degradation of the communications signals from the Tower Facilities (“Interference”).

If a condemning authority takes less than the entire Leased Premises such that the Leased Premises remains suitable for Tenant’s Intended Use, the Rent payable under this Agreement will be reduced automatically by such percentage as the area so condemned bears to the Leased Premises as of the date the title vests in the condemning authority.
