Interconnecting Utility definition

Interconnecting Utility means the utility (which may or may not be Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer) providing interconnection service for the Facility to the Transmission System of that utility.
Interconnecting Utility means the entity that owns the electric transmission or distribution system with which the System is directly interconnected.
Interconnecting Utility means the utility (which shall be the EDC) providing interconnection service for the Facility to the distribution system of that utility.

Examples of Interconnecting Utility in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any relationship between Buyer and the Interconnecting Utility.

  • All electric metering associated with the Facility, including the Facility meter and any other real-time meters, billing meters and back-up meters (collectively, the “Meters”), shall be installed, operated, maintained and tested at Seller’s expense in accordance with Good Utility Practice and any applicable requirements and standards issued by NERC, the Interconnecting Utility, and ISO-NE; provided that each Meter shall be tested at Seller’s expense once each Contract Year.

More Definitions of Interconnecting Utility

Interconnecting Utility means that the utility (which may be Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer) providing interconnection service for the Facility to the transmission or distribution system of that utility.
Interconnecting Utility means, as the context requires, TransÉnergie or the utility providing interconnection service for the Hydro-Québec Power Resources to the transmission system of that utility.
