A variation, modification or replacement of a Capacity Purchase Agreement or the Interconnection and Power Pooling Agreement from that originally entered into does not vary, modify or reduce the rights or add to the obligations of the State under Clause 10 in relation to credit support unless the variation, modification or replacement has the prior written approval of the Minister.
