Examples of Internet Web Sites in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Franchisee shall remain liable to each and all of the Internet Companies for the sums Franchisee is obligated to pay such Internet Companies for obligations Franchisee incurred before the date HOA duly accepted the transfer of such interest in the Internet Web Sites and Listings, or for any other obligations not subject to the Franchise Agreement.

  • After the Telephone Companies and Internet Companies have duly transferred all Franchisee’s Interest in such Telephone Numbers and Listings and Internet Web Sites and Listings to Franchisor, as between Franchisee and Franchisor, Franchisee will have no further interest in, or obligations under, such Telephone Numbers and Listings and Internet Web Sites and Listings.

  • Franchisee expressly agrees that in no event shall Franchisor be obligated to accept the transfer of any or all of Franchisee’s Interest in any or all such Internet Web Sites and Listings.

  • Links to Other Internet Web Sites Some of the web sites listed as links are not under the control of ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, but rather are exclusively controlled by third parties.

  • In the event Franchisor does not desire to accept any or all such Internet Web Sites and Listings, Franchisee will immediately direct the Internet Companies to terminate such Internet Web Sites and Listings or will take such other actions with respect to the Internet Web Sites and Listings as Franchisor directs.
