Examples of Interpolated Screen Rate in a sentence
If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR or EURIBOR for the required currency or Interest Period of that Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Screen Rate, the Interest Period of that Loan shall (if it is longer than the applicable Fallback Interest Period) be shortened to the applicable Fallback Interest Period and the applicable LIBOR or applicable EURIBOR for that shortened Interest Period shall be determined pursuant to the definition of “LIBOR” or “EURIBOR” (as applicable).
If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR for the Interest Period of the Loan or any part of the Loan, the applicable LIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of the Loan or that part of the Loan.
Interpolated Screen Rate: If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR for the Interest Period of the Loan or any part of the Loan, the applicable LIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of the Loan or that part of the Loan.
If no Screen Rate is available for JIBAR for (i) ZAR or (ii) an Interest Period of a Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Screen Rate, the applicable JIBAR shall be the Reference Bank Rate as of the Specified Time and for a period equal in length to such Interest Period of that Loan.
If no Screen Rate is available for EURIBOR for the Interest Period of a Loan or Unpaid Sum and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Screen Rate, the applicable EURIBOR shall (subject to Clause 10.2 below) be the Reference Bank Rate as of the Specified Time for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan or Unpaid Sum.
