IP Block definition

IP Block means an electronic circuit representing a component of a larger system on an integrated circuit.
IP Block has the meaning set forth in the IPTLA.

  • For purpose of this clause 5.4, “commercial basis” shall not include Seller’s or any of Seller’s Affiliates’ engagement in High Level IP Block licensing as set forth in clause 2.2 above, as long as Seller and each of its Affiliates is in material compliance with its payment obligations under Annex L hereto.

  • SUPERNAP Engineers will check the IP Space by either TINGing” the address and/or checking netflow stats for your IP Block.

  • For each IP Block, the Deliverables will be implemented in the Tower Process(es) as described in the respective Exhibits A, B and C.

  • Support will only be provided to the unmodified Licensed IP Block and customized Licensed IP Block and only for a release that is current within six months.

  • In this section, "Maintenance" means bug fixing and updates to the New IP Block due to: (i) changes in the Tower deliverables ([***], etc); (ii) Changes to the standards evolution of the [***].

Related to IP Block

  • Time Block means a time block of 15 minutes, for which specified electrical parameters and quantities are recorded by special energy meter, with first time block starting at 00.00 hrs;

  • Company IP Contract means any Contract to which the Company is a party or by which the Company is bound, that contains any assignment or license of, or covenant not to assert or enforce, any Intellectual Property Right or that otherwise relates to any Company IP or any Intellectual Property developed by, with, or for the Company.

If the Department determines that technological or economic limitations on the application of measurement methodology to a particular emissions unit would make the imposition of an emissions standard infeasible, a design, equipment, work practice, operational standard, or combination thereof, may be prescribed instead to satisfy the requirement for the application of best available control technology. Such standard shall, to the degree possible, set forth the emissions reduction achievable by implementation of such design, equipment, work practice or operation, and shall provide for compliance by means which achieve equivalent results.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the watertightness of each check valve.
