ISM Code Documentation includes, in respect of a Ship:

ISM Code Documentation means, in relation to each Vessel, the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) issued by a Classification Society pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to such Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code;
ISM Code Documentation in relation to any Mortgaged Vessel includes: (a) the document of compliance (“DOC”) and safety management certificate (“SMC”) issued pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to such Mortgaged Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code, (b) all other documents and data which are relevant to the ISM Safety Management Systems and its implementation and verification which the Administrative Agent may reasonably require and (c) any other documents which are prepared or which are otherwise relevant to establish and maintain such Mortgaged Vessel’s or the relevant Subsidiary Guarantor’s compliance with the ISM Code which the Administrative Agent may reasonably require.
ISM Code Documentation includes, in respect of the Vessel: (a) the Document of Compliance and Safety Management Certificate issued pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to the Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code; (b) all other documents and data which are relevant to the safety management system and its implementation and verification which the Owner may require; and (c) any other documents which are prepared or which are otherwise relevant to establish and maintain the compliance of the Vessel or the compliance of the Charterer with the ISM Code which the Owner may require.
