ISO Protocols definition

ISO Protocols means the ISO Protocols adopted by the ISO (in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action).
ISO Protocols means the document adopted, published and amended from time to time by an ISO, and approved by the FERC or the PUCT, as applicable, to govern electricity transmission, including any attachments, exhibits or publications referenced in the document, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability and settlement policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards and criteria of the ISO, that are in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action.

  • Subject to Section 4.2, the ISO may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice of termination in the event that the SC commits any default under this Agreement, and/or the ISO Tariff and/or the ISO Protocols which, if capable of being remedied, is not remedied within thirty (30) days after the ISO has given it written notice of the default, unless excused by reason of Uncontrollable Force in accordance with Section 15 of the ISO Tariff.

  • When the Scheduling Coordinator on behalf of the Participating Generator submits a bid for Ancillary Services, the Participating Generator will, by the operation of this Section 4.3.1, warrant to the ISO that it has the capability to provide that service in accordance with the ISO Tariff and ISO Protocols and that it will comply with ISO Dispatch instructions for the provision of the service in accordance with the ISO Tariff Protocols.

  • This Agreement shall be subject to the ISO Tariff and the ISO Protocols which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein.

  • The ISO shall, in consultation with Scheduling Coordinators, make provision for procedures to be implemented in the event of a total or partial failure of WEnet or the material corruption of data on WEnet and include these procedures in the ISO Protocols.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Tariff, including the ISO Protocols, the temporary simplification measure specified in this Section 7.1.4.4 shall have effect until discontinued by a Notice of Full-Scale Operations issued by the Chief Executive of the ISO.

  • Participating TOs shall be responsible for operating and maintaining those lines and facilities in accordance with this Agreement, the Applicable Reliability Criteria, the Operating Procedures and other criteria, ISO Protocols, procedures and directions of the ISO issued or given in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of the ISO Tariff, (including Sections 2.3.2, 2.5.3.4 and 5 ) and all applicable provisions of the ISO Protocols.

  • It shall act in accordance with Good Utility Practice, applicable law, ISO Protocols, the Operating Procedures and the Applicable Reliability Criteria.

  • The UDC Operating Agreement shall require UDCs to comply with the applicable provisions of this Section 4 and any other expressly applicable Sections of this ISO Tariff and the ISO Protocols as these may be amended from time to time.

  • Any incentives and penalties relating to this Appendix shall be established in accordance with the Transmission Control Agreement, the ISO Tariff and ISO Protocols after consultation between the PTO and the ISO, and approval by the FERC.

Related to ISO Protocols

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Kyoto Protocol Means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the third conference of the parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan, on December 11, 1997.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.
